Understanding Quotas
Each plan includes usage limits for sites and monthly evidence packets. Your current usage is visible in the dashboard under Organization Settings → Usage.
What happens when you approach a limit?
- Warning — You'll receive an in-app notification when you reach 80% of your monthly evidence packet quota.
- Limit reached — At 100%, you'll receive a clear notification. Assumetr continues to collect telemetry data during a grace period.
- Grace period — We never drop your data unannounced. You'll have time to upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
No Surprises
Assumetr will never silently stop collecting your site's telemetry. If you exceed a quota, you'll always be notified first with clear options.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Organization Settings → Plan.
- Click Upgrade next to the plan you'd like.
- Enter your payment information if not already on file.
- Your new limits take effect immediately.
Payment Issues
Expired Payment Method
If your payment method expires, you'll receive an email notification with a link to update your card. Your subscription remains active during a short grace period.
- Go to Organization Settings → Plan → Payment Method.
- Update your card details.
- The next billing cycle will charge the updated method.
Failed Payment
If a payment fails:
- Assumetr will retry the payment automatically over the next few days.
- You'll receive email notifications for each retry attempt.
- If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan limits.
- No data is ever deleted — your telemetry and evidence history remain intact.
Enterprise Plans
For organizations that need:
- More than 5 sites
- Dedicated private cloud deployment (EU or US)
- Custom SLAs and compliance certifications
- On-premise deployment options

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Organization Settings → Plan → Cancel.
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to Free plan limits.
- All your data, evidence history, and configuration are preserved.
